DTO Team Build

In July 2024, our Los Angeles team spent a meaningful Saturday at the Holmes development site in Florence-Firestone, joining Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles for a Team Build Day. Working alongside Habitat LA's experienced crew, our team helped construct new sustainable townhomes designed to provide affordable housing for local families. The development showcases environmentally conscious features including drought-tolerant landscaping and solar energy systems that will help future homeowners reduce utility costs. This hands-on experience with Habitat LA, an organization that has created housing opportunities for over 1,500 families since 1990, was a rewarding and enjoyable opportunity for our team to make a positive impact together.

DTO Community Outreach Committee

As part of our 2024 holiday initiative, we partnered with Convoy of Hope to provide critical relief to communities devastated by Hurricanes Milton and Helene. Employees from our Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and New York offices joined forces in assembling 250 relief kits during a special event in Los Angeles. Convoy of Hope will distribute the kits to Southeastern communities, continuing its mission to alleviate poverty, hunger, and disaster-related hardships. By matching employee contributions, DTO doubled the impact of the initiative, reflecting our commitment to supporting communities in crisis and spreading hope during the holiday season.
