#1 for Diversity Among Midsize Law Firms
DTO Law secured the top position in the "2025 Vault Law Firm Rankings," an annual survey of law firm reputations. The firm ranked #1 for Diversity among midsize law firms. The Vault survey, conducted from January to March 2024, gathered insights from over 20,000 associates nationwide. Associates evaluate their own firms across various workplace factors including career development, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Additionally, DTO ranked #6 in the Most Selective category.

DTO was proud to sponsor the Latina Lawyers Bar Association's 27th Annual Awards & Scholarships Dinner. This meaningful event celebrated 27 years of supporting Latinas in the legal industry through scholarships and bar stipends, helping to reduce the financial challenges of pursuing a legal career. Building Connections, Driving Impact
LCLD Alumni Symposium - Boston
DTO attorneys participated in several DEI-focused events this year, engaging with peers and contributing to meaningful conversations across the legal community.
In Seattle, DTO joined the LCLD Alumni session "Navigating DEI in the Current Legal Landscape," offering insights into the challenges and opportunities of advancing diversity in the profession. DTO also participated in LCLD Alumni gatherings in San Francisco and Los Angeles, including a Karaoke Night and a Happy Hour, which provided informal opportunities to connect and network with fellow alumni.
DTO attorneys participated in several bar association events this year, including the Latina Lawyers Bar Association’s 2024 Career Summit at UC Irvine School of Law and the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California’s Mentorship Reception. These events provided valuable opportunities to network, share insights, and support the development of future attorneys.
Within the firm, DTO hosted DEI Game Night across all three offices—Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and New York—bringing team members together for a fun and collaborative evening that celebrated diversity and teamwork.
